Cookbook Celebration: Jerusalem

Cooks love Yotam Ottolenghi. His recipes are always fascinating and delicious. Jerusalem, his most personal cookbook, is arguably his best. Together, we will be cooking and feasting from Jerusalem. As a team, we will make Israeli hummus with kalamata olives, pine nuts, and parsley; roasted Roma peppers with lamb and basmati rice; Mejadra (sweetly spiced rice and lentils strewn with sweet onion); artichoke and herb salad; and yogurt pudding with poached pears in white wine and cardamom.
