After 2 hours, you will go home with Thai carrot-coconut soup (plus chii oil, if you want to use it), prepped greens and vegetables for salads, spiced yogurt sauce 4 ways, roasted chickpeas with harissa, and deviled eggs with crisp bacon. Plus, you'll have the recipes for each one, new ideas for what to cook for the week, and the joy of cooking together.
