In honor of the Sheepdog Trials, we are offering a 4-course dinner with wine pairings. Our chefs have been planning this one with joy.
First course
Lamb tartare with berbere seasoning and injera chips
Second course
Lamb chops marinated in Baharat yogurt, served with saffron rice and roasted asparagus with a preserved lemon-pistachio sauce
Third Course
Lamb ramen bowl with island produce
Dessert
A trio of small fruit desserts: Italian fruit salad, cherry pie, and strawberry milkshake.
