Cooks love Yotam Ottolenghi. His recipes are always fascinating and delicious. Jerusalem, his most personal cookbook, is arguably his best.
Together, we will be cooking and feasting from Jerusalem. As a team, we will make Israeli hummus with kalamata olives, pine nuts, and parsley; roasted Roma peppers with lamb and basmati rice; Mejadra (sweetly spiced rice and lentils strewn with sweet onion); artichoke and herb salad; and yogurt pudding with poached pears in white wine and cardamom.
Come join the feast!
