Chef Hayden Smissen, one of Relish's regular teachers, started his culinary training in Spain. He loves making paellas. He loves to feed people. And he can't wait to cook with you.
We will be making several tapas dishes together, then putting together a giant paella, which we will cook and eat on the back patio of Relish. There will be feasting and wine.
