Traveling through the French countryside, you’re bound to happen upon one of Chef Nathan’s favorite institutions: a routier.
Routiers are roadside restaurants that are built for truckers, more often than not, the food is made by a grandma, and the truckers love routiers because they taste like home.
Together, we’ll create a hearty French lunch fit for a paisan. A good cut of pork, the right vegetables, a glass (or two) of white and something sweet.
If you'd prefer non-alcoholic drinks, they're available at every class and we'll be happy to accommodate you with something truly delicious.
