Vashon Farmers Market Cooking: Costa Brava

Come celebrate Summer on Vashon with Chef Nathan as he’ll lead you on a culinary and cultural adventure to the Costa Brava - think white sandy beaches, sultry Spanish wines, tapas to die for, and the best jamon you’ve ever had.

Together, we’ll work out way over to our very own farmer’s market to spark creativity (and joy!) for our Mediterreanean lunch, explore the flavors of this unique region, and undoubtedly swap some mostly-true stories (and legends) as well.

Chef Nathan will lead your group as you delve into true lifestyle of the Costa Brava - you work to live, not live to work.

Prior to heading down the market, we’ll make a plan over some typical bites and sips then see where the day takes us -- expect a progressive lunch sprinkled with back-pocket wines, knockout cocktails, and some of the most memorable tapas techniques for you to take home and use for years to come.

If you'd prefer non-alcoholic drinks, they're available at every class and we'll be happy to accommodate you with something truly delicious.
