Over at the market, we’ll be on the hunt for the makings of a tartare, new potatoes to roast and some bright greens to pair with some perfectly cooked Saucisse du Toulouse.
We’ll build a lunch, over some crisp bubbles of course, learning the ins and outs of what it means to live and eat in l'Occitane.
Chef Nathan will teach you his favorite tartare recipe, how to roast the perfect potato, and his preferred ways of cooking one of his favorite sausages.
Additionally, Nathan will introduce you to some of his favorite bottles of the region - some surefire labels to keep in your back pocket.
