Together, in this hands-on cooking class, we’ll create a mouth-watering dinner from the building blocks of Basque cuisine: peppers, potatoes, hyper-local proteins, and of course, something sweet.
Chef Nathan will teach you how to create a selection of his favorite Basque specialties, including a locally-sourced, punchy salade composée, and how to best pair with some local meats and cheeses, and a few of his back-pocket regional bottles.
