Join us for this hands-on cooking class with our Resident Chef, Nathan Gilmour, who's only recently come home from his extensive travels – both domestic and abroad.
Nathan has worked in kitchens on four continents and loves teaching people how to utilize local products with skills and techniques learned here on Vashon as well as those from father afield — especially when it comes to making knock-out paellas.
We'll start the class by celebrating the best of late summer flavors by making seasonal tapas and enjoying some welcoming beverages.
From there, Chef Nathan will take us through paella-making with lovely local products. Of course, we'll finish with something satisfyingly sweet.
If you'd prefer non-alcoholic drinks, they're available at every class and we'll be happy to accommodate you with something truly delicious.
