Autumn Harvest: Vegan Style with Emily Vogt

Come share in the autumn harvest with renowned vegetarian chef, Emily Vogt, as we show you how to create a delicious harvest meal, vegan style.

As we move into the depth of the season, we’ll learn how to make a Cashew Satay spiralized Vegetable Stir Fry, Roasted Spiced Carrots balanced with a Squash Walnut Quinoa Burger, finished with Basil, Kale, and Apple Guacamole. We’ll finish our meal with Sweet Pumpkin Bread done two ways.
