Join us at Relish for one of our most requested classes - a deep dive into knife skills for the home chef. Whether an amateur, a homemaker, or self-professed “foodie” this class is an unmissable addition to your food toolbox.
Our Chef-in-Residence, Nathan, Gilmour will guide us through a purposeful, hands on, knife skills training course: beginning with the basics of knife and kitchen safety, knife care and honing, body position, and grip technique, he will lead our team through the essential cuts and best techniques for different products - from beets to brunoise!
Chef Nathan will also give a step-by-step demonstration of chicken breakdown. We’ll enjoy a light, gluten-free poultry-based meal along with snacks, available throughout the class.
