It's the final day of January and a Friday — what better way to celebrate than coming on down to Relish for the first in our series of classes that will be exploring Food and Wine Pairings?

Led by the knock-out team of our very own sommelier, Adam Chumas, and our Chef in Residence, Andrew Oldham, we’ll learn how to navigate shucking oysters and then dive into exploring comparative oyster tastings, pairing with classic, unique and off-the-wall wines.

We'll even dip into condiments and give you preparation techniques so you’ll be well-equipped to enjoy oysters with some beautifully paired wines wherever you choose to enjoy them. Join us!
