Relish is the space on Vashon Island where people create in community. Our teachers are professional chefs and food writers from Vashon and the Pacific Northwest.

We’ve got a bevy of offerings for our guests and friends; join us for cooking classes shaped from far-flung travels with Chef Hayden Smissen, plant-based deep dives with Emily Vogt, pickling and fermentation intensives with Sarah Collins of Seattle Canning Company, and the expertise and heart of classes that celebrate the season and abundance of Vashon Island with Chef-in-Residence, Nathan Gilmour.
