Join us and enjoy our bounty of local seafood.

In this class, Jacob Weigner, formerly of Blackboard Bistro, will teach you about native fish and shellfish with recipes that will make their unique flavors sing.

Our evening starts with salmon tartare, and then we'll enjoy halibut ceviche with gazpacho, mussels with salsa verde and finish with shrimp in a pasta pomodoro.
